The Ritz Resort has a choice of one and two bedroom self-contained, air conditioned luxury apartments, serviced weekly or by request. Inclusions consist of washing machine, dryer, colour television with Foxtel, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, in-sink-erator, microwave, fan forced wall oven and glass cook top.

Two bedroom apartments have a choice of two queen beds, or one queen and two singles, all with sofa bed, ensuite and main bathroom. Spacious luxury apartments with quality furnishings and fittings throughout. All have curved sun drenched balconies, 24 hour STD and ISD phone service,wireless internet, intercom system, security underground parking plus a visitor's car park, heated deepwater swimming pool, two heated spas, rooftop relaxation area (with heated spa and barbecue area), sauna and gymnasium.
On site managers can book your transfers, tours and entertainment.
Shopping is also at your doorstep with just a two minute stroll to a shopping centre and a Plaza where you will find the many cafes, restaurants and bars for which Broadbeach is renowned. The Ritz is just a four minute walk from one of Australia's biggest shopping complexes and if you wish to try your luck the monorail will take you to Conrad Jupiters Casino or use the walk bridge to the Convention Centre |

Cancellation Policy
Low Season If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival there will be a full refund less and administration fee of AUD100. If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of AUD100 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded. Shoulder and High Season If the booking is cancelled 28 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival there will be a full refund less administration fee of AUD100. If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to the planned arrival date there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of AUD100 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded.
Short Notice Bookings Where a booking is made less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of AUD100 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded. The administration fee covers the cost of processing the booking, reception banking the money, postage of receipts, cancelling the booking from the system, drawing the refund cheque, mailing the refund cheque and meeting bank charges. Confirmed Bookings A booking that has not been confirmed by a deposit being paid is not guaranteed. A deposit of AUD300 will confirm a booking during low season. A deposit of AUD500 will confirm a booking in shoulder and high seasons. The balance of the Tariff is due on arrival (or such other time as stated). Early Departure No refund for early departure
